Management - learnt or intramural

We all manage something in our lives. Leaders manage their diversified groups. Business giants manage their corporate affairs. A housewife manages her house. A student manages his/her studies and playtime. How do we develop these managing qualities? Are these internal or learnt?

I would say that management is a hidden quality of people which comes outside when situation demands for it. A person might not be perfect in managing things but the fact is, he/she can manage.

Everyone has a unique style of managing. And when we see others style working and ours not, we feel that we can't manage. But it is important to understand that we can't just rote the whole concept of management and then believe that we know it.

Many of us say, I am not good in managing things. But this is not the truth. We just need to wake from this misconception and know that management is a hidden power in all of us. We all can do it easily. It's true that it gets polished with the passage of time but it is within us. When we could manage our school homework, tution homework, our favourite TV programmes, our sports during childhood then we still can do it.
